How long does the demo take?
About 20 minutes. It's a working walkthrough on your own setup rather than a presentation, so it stays short and specific. If you want to go deeper on a particular area we'll take the time.
Who will I be speaking to?
A property onboarding specialist from the team that builds the product — not an outsourced sales rep. During early access you'll often be speaking directly to the founders.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation is required. It helps if you know your rough bed count and can describe how you collect rent today, but you don't need to bring data or install anything beforehand.
Will I get a price on the call?
Yes. We quote based on your bed count, number of properties, and whether you want a branded resident app — and you'll get that number during the demo rather than in a follow-up email.
What happens after the demo?
If it's a fit, we migrate your existing residents and rooms off your spreadsheets for you and configure your rent cycle and staff roles. Most properties are live within a few days. If it isn't a fit, we'll say so.
Can I just start a free trial instead?
