1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or subscribing to primelivingApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business, property chain, or educational institution, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Software License & Subscription Billing

  • Grant of License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the primelivingApp dashboard, website widgets, and mobile applications strictly for managing your property operations.
  • Free Trial & Subscriptions: All plans include a 14-day free trial. After the trial period concludes, continued access requires a paid monthly or annual subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in our refund guarantee.

3. Property Owner & Resident Responsibilities

Property owners are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of rent invoices, multi-currency tax & VAT calculations, and the legal compliance of tenant KYC and background check data uploaded onto our platform. You agree not to use the platform to transmit illegal material or violate any local housing, privacy, or tenancy laws.

4. Service Availability & Uptime Guarantee

We strive to maintain a 99.9% platform availability across our cloud servers. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service during scheduled maintenance windows or unforeseen system outages.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial arbitration standards and applicable local laws where the property service is deployed, or as mutually agreed in the Enterprise Service Level Agreement.
