By accessing or subscribing to primelivingApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business, property chain, or educational institution, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind such entity to these terms.
primelivingApp is a software-as-a-service platform. We do not own, lease, sub-let, broker, manage, or otherwise provide any accommodation. Every hostel, paying guest (PG) property, co-living space, and student residence administered through the platform is owned and operated independently by our customers ("Operators"), who license our software to run their own business.
Accordingly, no landlord–tenant, licensor–licensee, lodging, hospitality, or accommodation-provider relationship arises between primelivingApp and any resident. Rent, security deposits, and other resident charges are collected by and owed to the Operator; primelivingApp does not hold resident funds and is not a party to any tenancy, licence, or occupancy agreement between an Operator and a resident.
Room availability, pricing, house rules, meals, housekeeping, security arrangements, maintenance, checkout terms, and refunds are determined and delivered solely by the Operator. Claims arising from the condition of a property, the conduct of an Operator or its staff, or the performance of any accommodation agreement lie against the Operator, not primelivingApp.
Operators are solely responsible for the accommodation they provide and for ensuring the accuracy of rent invoices, multi-currency tax & VAT calculations, and the legal compliance of tenant KYC and background check data uploaded onto our platform — including obtaining any consent required to upload resident data. You agree not to use the platform to transmit illegal material or violate any local housing, privacy, or tenancy laws.
We strive to maintain a 99.9% platform availability across our cloud servers. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service during scheduled maintenance windows or unforeseen system outages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial arbitration standards and applicable local laws where the property service is deployed, or as mutually agreed in the Enterprise Service Level Agreement.
